McCall "Assignment Employees" are candidates who are hired by McCall. We become the employer who is responsible for (weekly) payroll to the people we place on temporary assignment with our clients. Assignments can be short or long-term, depending upon each employee's personal preferences.
It's a great way to build or broaden experience and a resume and to try out a variety of work environments before committing to direct-hire. Our Assignment Employees consistently tell us that McCall is unique in our ability to match assignments with their interests and skills.

"Assignment Before Hire" is another way we help people find Direct-Hire positions. Sometimes they occur when an applicant and client want to try out a "fit" before making a commitment.
