McCall Skill Assessment Tools

McCall utilizes online skills assessment and training tools for administrative-support staffing candidates. System developers represent that their system has been validated to assure that our screening is free of inappropriate bias.

Customized testing can also be developed and administered for our clients. However, we suggest that such customized testing be validated through testing of current employee proficiency levels. Remote access to our Skill Assessment facility can be accommodated by advance arrangement.
